Sandstone/Quartzite is a sedimentary/metamorphic rocks composed of sand-size grains of mineral, rock, or organic material. It also contains a cementing material that binds the sand grains together.

They are very Hard, Compact, Fine grained, equi-granular homogeneous rocks of sedimentary nature (Sandstone) & metamorphic nature (Quartzite).
